The organisers of the OENOFORUM 2025, Czech International Wine Competiton, Czech Grape and Wine Producers Association and National Wine Centre, invites all wine producers from all over the world to take part in this unique and historical event.
The competition will be held on 19th to 21st June 2025, at the Vranov nad Dyjí Castle, Czech Republic.
"Oenoforum 2025, The Czech International Wine Competition” – the XIXth year of the international wine competition – corresponds, therefore, to the leading world competitions and follows on from the previous 18 years of the competition held in the Czech Republic. It is held with the aim of elevating appreciation of the world-wide grapevine varieties and raise the importance of varieties plantet in Czech Republic, Ryzlink vlašský and Pálava, as the opposite, our typical Czech grape variety.
This competition is organized under the high auspices of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) and it is only one OIV competition in the Czech Republic.
The competition is open to all wine producers from all over the world, for both – varietal wines as well as cuvées. Producers may register their wines directly or alternatively through importers or traders which can testify to the trading or distribution rights for parts (batches) of wine, corresponding to the registered sample.
Only samples corresponding to the application and categories as indicated in Appendix 2 of this statute are eligible to participate in the competition.
